Are your checks going to the right place?

Please remember to notify AFTRA if you terminate a contract or check authorization with a franchised talent agency.  You can contact the Agency Department at agency@aftra.com. Please remember to include your name, the last four digits of your social security number or performer ID number, the name of the agency you are terminating with and an effective date.
