Serve UCOP as an objective resource by providing Project Management and Change Management

- Manage the change lifecycle from concept to value-added operational integration
- Formalize project execution through use of standards, methods, and best practices
- Develop and utilize framework for:
- Providing an integrated view of portfolio of projects to facilitate executive decisions
