About AFTRA Corporate/Educational and Non-Broadcast Code

Formally known as the AFTRA National Code of Fair Practice for Non-Broadcast Industrial/Educational Recorded Material ("the Non-Broadcast Code"), the AFTRA Corporate/Educational and Non-Broadcast Code sets forth minimum terms and conditions for all performers engaged in the production of "industrial/educational programs."

Such programs include, but are not limited to, instructional or educational, sales promotions, conventions, point-of-purchase, etc.
