As part of our continuing commitment to client service, the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) has developed legal guidelines, fact sheets, frequently asked questions, and other legal reference materials (Tools) to assist University clients. We have delivered OGC-developed Tools directly to University clients who would find the Tools most useful. We have also established an electronic library to store and maintain client service Tools, and we will be working to provide electronic access to members of the University community as soon as possible.
