Treasurer of the Regents

The Office of the Treasurer of The Regents is located in downtown Oakland, at the corner of 11th and Broadway -- 1111 Broadway.

The building is across the street from the main offices of the University of California Office of the President (UCOP), located at 1111 Franklin. It is also across the street from the Oakland City Center and the Marriott Hotel.

The Treasurer's Office is on the 14th floor.

From San Francisco/Bay Bridge: Take Hwy. 580 exit. Take the Downtown Oakland exit onto Hwy. 980. Continue to the 11th St. exit. Turn left onto 11th St.  Cross Clay St. (3 lights). Turn left into the City Center (Ampco) parking garage.

From North: Take Interstate 880 South. Take 580 exit East. Take the Downtown Oakland exit onto Hwy. 980. Continue to the 11th St. exit. Turn left onto 11th St.  Cross Clay St. (3 lights). Turn left into the City Center parking garage.

From South/East Bay: Take Interstate 880 North to the Broadway exit in downtown Oakland. Turn right onto Broadway. Turn left onto 8th St. Turn right onto Clay St. Turn right onto 11th St. Turn left into the City Center parking garage.

From Contra Costa County: Take Hwy. 24 West through the Caldecott Tunnel. Take the Hwy. 980 exit. Continue South to the 11th St. exit. Turn left onto 11th St.  Cross Clay St. (3 lights). Turn left into the City Center parking garage.

Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART)


The Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system operates rail services in the San Francisco and East Bay Area. Trains leave about every 15 minutes.

The closest BART station to 1111 Broadway is the 12th Street/Oakland City Center Station. Exit the station toward 11th Street and the building is on the corner of 11th and Broadway.
Airport Shuttles


Several shuttles serve the San Francisco Airport and Oakland Airport and can provide transportation to downtown Oakland. Call ahead to verify whether you need to reserve a shuttle.
