Reporting an International Workers' Compensation Claim

All claims that arise from this policy will be administered by ACE's claim administrator, ESIS. ESIS has dedicated one claims adjuster to handle all UC claims. This adjuster is your primary contact for reporting new losses and obtaining status information.

Whenever a UC employee is injured outside of the United States their injury should be reported directly to Emmitt Gauntt at ESIS Claims in Portland, Oregon. The preferred method of reporting a claim is to complete the attached Acord Reporting Form (pdf) and email it to Emmitt with a copy to his supervisor Danielle Wong. Danielle is Emmitt's back-up whenever he is out of the office. The Acord Reporting Form can also be faxed to Emmitt and Danielle at the fax number above.
