Since AWARD’s establishment in 1998, this organization has piloted a number of programmes on the rehabilitation of wetland environments in the Lowveld river systems, water security, and improved water management. These integrated programmes are designed to improve the environment’s resiliency for continued, sustainable use by underserved communities.
