Description: The Ethiopia Rainwater Harvesting Association (ERHA) was founded on December 17, 1999 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia by citizens in order to mitigate the threat of water scarcity by harvesting rainwater. This organization’s vision is to see rainwater utilized as an alternative, sustainable source of water to improve the livelihoods of both rural and urban communities. The ERHA is a member of the Greater Horn of Africa Rainwater Partnership (GHARP) and five additional rainwater networks.
