Description: The Working Group of Environmental NGOs on Climate Change is a network of non-governmental organizations. The purpose of the WG IMS is to promote the preservation of the planet's climate through education and public participation in the development and implementation of environmental policy in Ukraine. The WG IMS requests information from public authorities and the administration, local self-government officials, the media, the public and other organizations to assess measures taken to prevent global climate change; conducts photographic and art exhibitions, publishes informational books, organizes competitions and music festivals to publicize the causes and effects of climate change; conducts aggressive action to attract the attention of citizens and public authorities to the problem of climate change; provides information on its activities to the national and foreign media; initiates or maintains litigation in the courts, in cases where the rights of citizens on issues related to climate protection.

Description: MA’AN Development Center is an independent Palestinian development and training institution established in January,1989, registered by law as a non-profit organization. The main office is located in Ramallah and the four branch offices are located in Gaza, Khan Younis, Tulkarem and Jenin. MA’AN's work is informed by the necessity of creating independent, self-reliant initiatives that lead to the development of human resources for sustainable development, which incorporate values of self-sufficiency and self-empowerment.
