Description: Founded in 1994, the basic principles of the Ecology-Sport- Tourism Association are promotion of tourism based on respect for nature (mountaineering and ecotourism), education of young people in the spirit of respect for nature, and promotion of volunteerism, especially for environmental projects. The group works primarily with high school students, and is a founding member of Romania's Coalition of the Environment.
