Description: Since the mid-90s the Belarusian NGO EcoDom (EcoHome) has been publicizing the idea of permaculture in Belarus including approaches and methods for ecological design, agriculture, and construction. Its primary aim is to create ecosystem constructed and functioning according to principals of nature. In the year 2000 its team of certified trainers began conducting informal seminars in permaculture. It published the book An Introduction to Permaculture by Bill Mollison and the brochure “What is Permaculture?"

Description: The Biological Farming Association Elkana is a union of farmers interested in improving the socio-economic conditions of the Georgian population and environmental through sustainable organic farming practices and an increasing self-reliance of the rural population.
