Description: Peipsi Center for Transboundary Cooperation is an international non-profit institute, which works to promote balanced development of border areas, especially in Lake Peipsi/Chudskoe region. The original "Lake Peipsi Project" was begun in 1993 as an informal organization whose primary focus was research environmental issues facing the border between Estonia and Russia. Today, its main activities include nature education and the development of cross-border cooperation.
