A Century of Data on Food Availability (Consumption)

For the centennial, we've redesigned our online Food Availability Data System!

The ERS Food Availability Data System:

  • is the only source of time series data on food availability (consumption) in the country
  • now provides 100 years of data for many commodities (1909-2008)
  • allows you to quickly create custom tables and charts
