A Listserv® is normally established within two days after the request is received. Complete the form below and click on the Submit button at the bottom of this page.

Estimated duration of list. Indicate dates list should remain active. To request that a list be permanent, enter "Indefinite" in the End Date field.

      


NOTE: Use of Listservs® must conform to the purpose for which the listserv was established, as described in the Listservs® setup form under Purpose of List. Further, Listservs® are governed by the same policies that apply to normal e-mail messages, including the UCOP User Agreement for Electronic Information Resources, Acceptable Use of UCOP Electronic Information Resources, and the University of California Electronic Communications Policy.
