As of 11:00 a.m. today, the UCOP voicemail system was fully restored at the Franklin, Kaiser, OSF, and Broadway buildings. We have verified that customers are able to access the UCOP voicemail number at (510) 987-0100 to retrieve messages and that all departmental automated attendants have been tested and are functioning properly. New and/or archived voicemail messages received before the initial outage were retained by the voicemail system.
