We continue to experience problems with the telephone system, which is affecting voicemail at the Franklin, Kaiser, OSF, and Broadway buildings. Currently, customers are not able to access the UCOP voicemail number (510) 987-0100 to retrieve voicemail messages. HR-Benefits customer service’s main 800 number and other departmental automated attendants are also impacted. At this time, we do not believe that any new or archived voicemail messages received prior to the initial outage have been lost.
IR&C is working closely with the maintenance provider to restore the voicemail system as soon as possible, and will advise you as soon as it is functioning properly. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time.
