Unfortunately, we are having problems with the electronic user agreement that was announced last week for implementation this morning: http://www.ucop.edu/irc/announce/useracceptance.html. Many of you did not receive the popup when you turned on your computers today.
We are aware of the issue and are working on a solution, which we expect to have in place soon. I will keep you posted.
