On Saturday, May 21, IR&C will perform additional work related
to the UCOP network upgrade. All buildings (except for 1333 Broadway)
will experience some network service disruptions during this time.
Please refer to the schedule below:
Franklin and Kaiser Buildings
9 a.m. - 4 p.m.: New equipment will be installed in the
6th floor in the Franklin Building and the 5th and 7th floors in
the Kaiser Building. During this time, network access to and from
desktops and servers located on these floors will be intermittent,
causing disruptions in Internet and e-mail access.
All UCOP Locations (except 1333 Broadway)
10:00 p.m., May 21 - 1:00 a.m., May 22: IR&C will conduct
equipment migration and maintenance activities in the UCOP Data
Center located in the Kaiser Building. Network connectivity (including
Internet and e-mail access) to and from systems residing at all
UCOP locations (except 1333 Broadway) will be subject to interruption.
