As announced, there will be a live videocast of the press conference that follows today’s Board of Regents’ meeting concerning the appointment of a new UC president.
However, you may have problems accessing the videocast if the correct software is not installed on your computer. To test whether you will have access to the videocast, click on this link: http://clsqt1b.ucsf.edu/RMtgVideo.sdp. You know that you have the player installed if you see an image that says “Stay tuned UC Media Availability estimated to begin at 3:45.” The videocast can only be viewed in Internet Explorer and Safari.
Options for Viewing the Videocast
If you cannot access the videocast from your computer, you may view it in one of two Franklin locations starting at 3:45 p.m.:
