IR&C is permanently installing high-quality projectors in twelve Franklin building conference rooms and two Kaiser building conference rooms. The projectors offer increased clarity and range, operate by remote control, and will not require focusing. Meeting participants will access the projectors by plugging laptops into wall outlets.
In preparation for the installation, electrical work has been scheduled in Franklin during the week of October 5. To accommodate the work, conference rooms have been reserved in iSchedule for two- to four-hour blocks. We are staging the work across several days to make sure that large conference rooms are not reserved at the same time. After the electrical work is completed, we will schedule installation of the projectors.
