The Franklin Building phone system will undergo a software upgrade
at 7:00 p.m. this evening. The upgrade will take approximately four
hours, during which time there may be intermittent outages. If outages
occur, they will affect the following locations: 1111 Broadway, 1111
Franklin, 415 20th St, 1336 Broadway, and 300 Lakeside.
