The last of the phone system software upgrades is scheduled for this Friday, February 13, commencing at 7:00 p.m. and ending by 10:00 p.m. the same evening.
The upgrade will take place in the Franklin Bldg. However, because the master node for the UCOP phone system is at Franklin, all UCOP locations will be affected. Please note that employees at the following UCOP locations will not be able to place or receive calls during this time: 1111 Franklin St., 1111 Broadway St., 300 Lakeside Dr., 415 20th St., and 1333 Broadway St.
