IR&C; will conduct a phone system software upgrade at the Kaiser Building tonight at 6:30 p.m. The process will last no more than one hour. During that time, employees in the Kaiser Building will be able to place and receive calls, although they may experience a momentary delay in the processing of the call. Calls placed and received at all other Oakland UCOP locations will be unaffected.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, as well as for the short notice. We want to correct as expeditiously as possible a problem being experienced in the HR&B; customer service call center.
