Outlook Log-In Request Problem

Some UCOP employees are reporting that, while in Outlook, they are getting a pop-up window every 5-10 minutes telling them to enter their user name and password. We have determined that the problem is with our secondary e-mail storage solution. We are working to determine the cause and hope to resolve the issue soon. If you are experiencing this situation, you may use OWA instead of Outlook to access e-mail and thus avoid getting the repeated pop-up windows. Otherwise, you will need to keep re-entering your user name and password. We apologize for this inconvenience. Below is an example of the pop-up window.
