Reminder: Scheduled Application and Service Outage, May 21

I’d like to remind you that some applications and services will be unavailable on Saturday, May 21, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., when IR&C; will upgrade production databases that support various UCOP-hosted applications and services. Please note that SharePoint is now included in the list of applications and services that will not be available during that time:

• At Your Service Online (AYSO)
• Sharepoint
• Confluence (OP wiki)
• Connexxus – Travel Services
• Effort Reporting System
• Enterprise Risk Management System
• Equipment Management System
• My Trip Requests System
• Pro-card
• UC Agriculture and Natural Resources System
• UC Learning Center
• UC Retirement System
