Network Performance Problems

We are experiencing network performance problems which are being manifested
as slow response and/or difficulty in accessing external and internal
web sites. The performance problems are being caused by infected
desktop computers launching attacks on other machines which, in turn,
results in network congestion.
Communication Services is working with Desktop Computing Services to
identify the infected machines and remove them from the network.
