IR&C is holding its departmental holiday party on Friday afternoon,
December 16. Therefore, to allow as many IR&C staff members
as possible to attend the party, we will not conduct the afternoon
mail pickups from or deliveries to departments.
All mail items received through the usual morning pickup, or hand
delivered to the mail room (6th floor Franklin) by 4:00 p.m., will
go out Friday afternoon. The deadlines for outgoing U.S. mail, FedEx,
and the special mailing to UCLA Accounting, will not be affected
by our revised schedule.
If you have urgent mail and are unable either to have
it ready in time for the morning pickup or to bring it to the mail
room by 4:00 p.m., please contact me at 987-0402 or Mail Services
Supervisor Tony Magurno at 987-0348.
