Communication Services is pleased to announce the reopening of UCOP's
newly upgraded videoconference facility at the Kaiser Center.
The facility enables UCOP staff located at Kaiser to set up videoconferences
with colleagues in the Franklin Building, all UC campuses, all California
State University campuses, and over one thousand domestic and international
rooms utilizing Sprint-Kinko's facilities.
We are holding an open house
on Monday, August 29, 10:00 - 2:00, room 1209, in
the Kaiser Center to give you the opportunity to review the new
videoconference facility and ask questions. All UCOP staff are welcome,
and refreshments will be served. Details about the facility and
making reservations are provided below:

--Under Make Reservations, click on Videoconference.
--Complete and submit the online reservation form
