The migration from Eudora to Outlook is proceeding on schedule and
will be completed in August. We will launch the Outlook calendar immediately
thereafter. Approximately one thousand UCOP employees now use Outlook
for e-mail. The departments that have migrated or will migrate to
Outlook by June 12 include the following:

The remaining departments will be scheduled to migrate to Outlook
over the next two months. As you know, we offer training to employees
at the time their departments migrate. We are finding that about 25%
of employees participate in the classes. Employees also receive a
laminated Quick Reference Guide and may refer to the Go Outlook! Web
