On Monday, December 17, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., IR&C will upgrade the Enterprise Vault e-mail storage system. During this period, archived e-mail messages may be only intermittently available. (Archived messages are denoted by the 
icon.) Access to messages that have not been archived will not be affected. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may experience.
You do not need to do anything to prepare for the upgrade, and you should not notice any changes once it is finished. The upgrade primarily affects backend components and paves the way for future planned upgrades of such applications as Outlook 2007 and Exchange.
