The UCOP e-mail system experienced an outage from 10AM to 11:30 this morning. The email system is back online and messages held in the email queue during the outage are being delivered as they are process through the system. We are working with Microsoft to address the root cause and investigate the reports of sluggish Email and Blackberry performance and hope to get those straighten out as soon as possible.
