The UCOP e-mail system will be temporarily disabled for urgent preventive
maintenance purposes on Sunday, April 30. The outage is scheduled
to occur from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will affect e-mail, Blackberry,
Listserv, Document Central, and the Web-based UCOP directory search
function. The outage is necessary so that an external vendor may address
a critical systems issue. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience
you may experience.
Availability of the services will be resumed as quickly as possible.
We anticipate that this will happen before the scheduled end of the
outage. Please note that Blackberry devices will only send and receive
e-mail messages after all other services are back online.
