UCOP currently uses SBC Communications for calling card services. Because SBC's rates have become excessively high, Communication Services is migrating our calling card services to Qwest, which is able to provide us a substantial cost savings. Effective April 28, 2006 , all SBC calling cards will be cancelled. UCOP calling card users who want to continue with the calling card service must contact Communication Services by April 7 and provide the following information:
If they want a Quest card, they will be given a form to complete and return to Communication Services.
If UCOP calling card users do not respond by April 7, their current card will become inactive and they will not receive a replacement Qwest calling card.
