Office of Instructional Consultation:
The Office of Instructional Consultation is dedicated to providing the faculty of UCSB with the highest caliber professional consultation in matters of instructional design, delivery and evaluation. To this end, the office consists of a number of related functional units and programs, including one for Technology and Teaching.
 
   
Center for Information Technology and Society (CITS) :
This research unit of the Institute for Social Economic and Behavioral Research brings together talented faculty from across all disciplines to study the human dimensions of the Information Age. The Center's work includes studying uses of technology in the classroom and plagiarism detection.
 
   
Certificate in College and University Teaching (CCUT):
The program is designed for students who wish to demonstrate superior competence and experience in preparation for teaching at the university or college level. Requirements include competency with instructional technology.
