February 6, 7 and 8, 2006

The UC Human Resources and Allied Professionals Program equips professionals in traditional HR disciplines (Benefits, Compensation, Employee and Labor Relations, Employment, HRIS, and Training) as well as those in Academic Personnel, Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity, Employee Assistance, Payroll, Risk Management, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Workers’ Compensation with a broad-based appreciation and understanding of the inter-related functions and issues affecting UC employees.

HR and allied professionals who attend the three-day conference will

  • better understand the “big picture” of the University’s human resources program;
  • improve collaboration and communication with others who are also engaged in human resources and related disciplines;
  • better understand the need to share and implement Best Practices on a University-wide basis; and
  • develop their own career paths and maximize professional growth while improving services to UC employees.

If you’d like to attend the HR and Allied Professionals Program, watch for the call for nominations or see your location representative.
