Network Showcases and Casting Projects

As part of its ongoing effort to expand job opportunities for members of color, people with disabilities, women and seniors, AFTRA teams up on a regular basis with network television casting offices to produce showcases featuring promising actors. Held throughout the year and around the country, these showcases allow actors to perform selected scenes in front of network executives, casting directors, agents and industry professionals and are consistent with AFTRA's goals of making network executives aware of a broad diversity of performers.

ABC and CBS have worked with AFTRA to create showcases for talent in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Portland, and many other cities across the United States.
