The Diamond Group enables dancers over 50 years old in New York City to meet up and discuss common issues relating to career development, work-related skills, finances, health, and other aspects of their professional lives. In addition, group members exchange valuable information and resources. Co-leaders are Lauren Gordon, Career Transition For Dancers' East Coast Career Counselor and Anita Lands, Career Transition Coach.
