"The Soul of Our Nation is the Sum of our Individual Characters"

An online exhibit for the 1999 Sam Nunn Policy Forum

Senator Nunn at Berry College, 1989

Sam Nunn has long been concerned about the cultural and moral erosion he sees in American society. As a Senator, he participated in defining ethics in government and standards of conduct for public officials. During and after his Senate career, he spoke out against excessive sex and violence on television. This exhibit includes texts, photographs and publications documenting Senator Nunn's thoughts on American ethics.
