With effect from the date when this declaration is issued, no one is allowed to sell or buy, traffic and store or use any kind of narcotic drugs and chemicals related to narcotic drugs in the Special Region-3 of Shan State (North).

In view of the fact that the Government has explained matters related to narcotic drugs to journalists and the people at Press conferences from time to time, that other nations have come to make critical remarks on Myanmar, and that narcotic drugs produce only evil results for the people, the organization has to put a ban on narcotic drugs.

If authorities carry out a search and raid and take action in connection with narcotic drugs, our organization will assume no responsibility whatsoever for the matter. If anyone does not follow the above-mentioned declaration, then effective action will be taken in accord with the existing laws of the Government and the laws of the organization.
