  • ERS Annual Report to OMB on the Implementation of CIPSEA—The agency’s annual report on activities related to the Confidential Information Protection and Statistical Efficiency Act (CIPSEA), including compliance with CIPSEA implementation guidance.
  • ERS-Issued Significant Guidance Documents—Applicable regulatory information, agency guidance documents, and requests for applications regarding ERS competitive grant and cooperative agreement awards.
  • FOIA Requests—Requesting information through the Freedom of Information Act
  • Information Quality—Guidelines to ensure the quality of the information disseminated by ERS. Also establishes administrative mechanisms to allow the public to seek and obtain correction of that information.

  • Web Content Publishing Schedule—Section 207(f)(2) of the E-Government Act of 2002 requires Federal agencies to develop an inventory of information to be published on their websites, establish a schedule for publishing information, make those schedules available for public comment, and post the schedules and priorities on the website.
